The media center is a central hub for learning in our school. Students love to read and discover new interests, and teachers love to encourage experimenting and challenging their students. The media center not only provides books and digital content for students to find information to support their interests and queries, but also the resources to explore and test materials and projects that encourage creativity and discovery.
Our school hosts a diverse group of students from every ethnic and socioeconomic demographic.
It's not easy for all students and their families to provide materials for hands-on learning. Supporting 40 plus classes that teach over 800 students can be a difficult task.
An Apple pencil will bring 21st technology into our media center. iPads have been invaluable in bringing digital content and creativity to the media center. With new technology being developed every day, our elementary school strives to keep our students engaged with new resources and activities.
Students in today's schools are more tech-savvy than ever and can take new resources and produce creative, unique ideas.
Apple pencils will help my students tap into their creativity and develop new ways to problems solve old issues. Students will be able to put their concepts into a digital format with an Apple pencil, along with the iPad applications, and take their dreams and make them real.
