My Project
In my classroom, every member of our team is a teacher! Throughout the day, students share their writing, math strategies, note-taking, etc. with their classmates. Having clear peer models pushes student understanding and is a research-proven practice for improving achievement.
We have a newly purchased classroom iPad, which has many important uses throughout the day, one being as a way to model student work.
This Apple Pencil will help both teachers and students to show and explain their thinking! I often "share the pen" with our SMARTBoard as a way to promote ownership and engagement over students' work. Having this stylus tool provide students with an easy way to continue to do so with our classroom iPad!
