Help me give my students the additional supplies such as a binder, sticky notes, and highlighters to get organized in preparation for the AP United States Government exam in May.
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
Since the opening of the school in 2006, we have grown as a community all with the goal of supporting these young people to live to their fullest potential, including a post-secondary plan.
Our students are the pride and joy of the community.
Faced with adversity these students are resilient and move forward to not only improve their lives but those around them too. They continue to makes us proud by continuing their education, serving our country, and giving back.
My Project
I have an awesome group of students who have challenged themselves to take on the AP United States Government and Politics course this year. Being back from distance learning for over a year, many of my students are learning to acclimate to what is now the new "normal."
The supplies I am requesting will help my students get organized and help with learning the content in preparation for the exam.
My students would benefit from such support and a boost to not only getting organized and learning, but also morale.
