Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

I am enhancing the comfort and focus in my classroom through the addition of bean bag chairs. Bean bag chairs offer several benefits for students, including improved comfort, relaxation, and flexibility in seating arrangements. These chairs will not only provide a cozy spot for students to read, study, or work on collaborative projects but also promote better posture and reduce feelings of stress or discomfort during long periods of sitting.

As their teacher, I want to give students what they need to feel supported in my classroom.

By incorporating bean bag chairs into our classroom, I can create a more inviting and dynamic learning space where students feel supported and engaged in their learning journey. Additionally, these chairs will cater to the diverse needs and preferences of my students, allowing them to choose a work space that supports them.
