My Project

I allow my students to move freely about the classroom in order to assert their independence and advocate for themselves-- one of my key values.

My students get what they need when they need it; this promotes their self-worth and responsibility.

They can move as long as I'm not directly teaching. This project will allow students to access additional copies of organized materials that they need due to their absences or need for additional papers. Students will also be able to flip through anchor charts easily to reference past material that we have discussed, even if the material is not currently on the wall being displayed. The tabletop anchor chart will reference the current skill that we are focusing on, provide tips and tricks, and will be able to be seen across the room, on the table.
