Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students are special because of their resilience throughout the pandemic and beyond. Covid 19 has caused a dramatic learning loss for many students. The materials I selected will help support my new students at my brand new school. I am excited to embark on a new adventure and support students in a different capacity. The materials I selected will create a fun & safe learning environment that promotes inclusive learning and supports students' social & emotional needs.
I have also selected materials that will support targeted whole group & small group instruction as we navigate a new way of learning.
Students will continue to need remedial support for years to come, so these supplies will help close the achievement gaps of the students I will serve. All of these things will help support student learning in the years to come!
