My Project
While I am so thankful for the many technologies that are available to students, sometimes the best way to learn is by taking an “old school” approach. This year, I want to help my students learn how to slow down when they read to really master the message. While I have emphasized annotation numerous times in the past, it is hard for the students to grasp because they cannot see a visual example. To help with this, I am seeking funds to get a document camera and other annotation tools. This way, when I am helping students understand a text, I can give them a visual example of how to do that.
