Our school strives to find the leader in all students. Every child has capabilities, talents, and strengths; sometimes, all it takes is exposure and motivation. The students in my class strive for excellence. They all inherently care about one another and continually make an effort to improve in all aspects.
My class consists of 25 amazing students who are eager to learn and have a sincere quest for knowledge.
Of those 25, two are served in speech and three others will be picked up for speech soon. They all have a think win-win attitude and do their personal best to contribute to our classroom community.
While at Saluda Shoals, my students will have the opportunity to learn about and watch animals in their natural habitat. Most students at our school would not have otherwise had the opportunity to visit Saluda Shoals, which is a huge draw to the entire Midlands community.
Our students will have the chance to watch woodpeckers in the trees - and fish, turtles and river otters in the water!
This is sure to be the experience of a lifetime for our sweet kindergartners. We will be learning about these type of adventures in our classroom and our students will be thrilled to be able to experience everything in real life!
