My Project

Anger is a natural human emotion that, if not managed effectively, can lead to negative consequences for both the individual experiencing it and those around them. One effective method for managing anger is through the use of a punching bag. Punching bags provide a safe and constructive outlet for releasing pent-up aggression and frustration. The physical act of punching and kicking the bag allows individuals to channel their anger into a productive activity, releasing tension and stress from the body. This cathartic release not only helps to alleviate immediate feelings of anger but also promotes a sense of empowerment and control over one's emotions. My students have potential anger management issues and they do not have a healthy way of expressing those emotions. With this, it will allow the students to better express it in a safe setting.
