Ancient to Modern: A Journey of Art Materials Across Centuries

In the project "Ancient to Modern: A Journey of Art Materials Across Centuries," specific art materials are requested to enhance students' learning experiences by providing hands-on opportunities to explore historical artistic techniques and mediums. Utilizing authentic or replica materials from different historical periods, such as natural pigments, vellum, gold leaf, and oil paints, will allow students to immerse themselves in the artistic processes practiced by ancient and modern artists alike. This tactile engagement will deepen their understanding of artistic evolution, technical skills, and the cultural contexts surrounding various art movements.
