My Students

My students are so curious and I am so happy to be able to introduce so many aspects of this fabulous world we live in through art!

Please help me in my endeavor to teach Ancient Egyptian art to small children in a fun, visually appealing manner!

We are a new school and we have a minimum amount of materials at this time. I would love to be able to create diverse and exciting art experiences for my students, so I may open up the world to them. Ancient Egyptian art is something young children connect to easily. And having some great metallic paint, metallic markers and scratch board will make their learning so much more fun!

My Project

At this moment, we only have very basic materials and supplies. I was hoping to open up the Ancient Egyptian world to my students with these materials. That way, we could use the gold which I know will be very exciting to them. I plan on teaching them how to write their names in a form of hieroglyphics which will teach them art, history and a new way to look at literacy. I know this project will open up their hearts to a new historical time and will become a favorite project they will always remember.
