This is my second year of teaching fourth grade to a wonderful and creative group of boys and girls in a Title I school. They are excited to learn and come to school each day. It is important to ensure that children enjoy learning. Throughout the learning experience of each student, it is important that they continue the motivation to grow in their learning. They will take their joy of learning into the next grade and beyond. Therefore, they need all the necessary materials to make them successful, independent, and confident learners. With your help, this can continue.
My Project
In our classroom, we need new anchor charts and markers that do not dry out fast. Mr. Sketch markers write very well and come in fantastic colors that everyone enjoys, along with the smell!
The students in my classroom love to be able to use markers within the classroom as well as make anchor charts in groups for their peers to see.
It is important to be able to provide markers as well as anchor charts for not only my own teaching, but for student learning as well.
With the provisions of these necessary items, more memorable learning can take place within the classroom. My students will be able to take ownership of their learning by seeing their charts posted throughout the classroom.
