My students need an organized learning environment that helps them create the habit of order and organization that unfortunately they do not always have at home.
This project expired on July 12, 2018.
Hooray! This project is fully funded
My students are a group of very kind, energetic and inquisitive. Every single one of them cares fro one another. They are compassionate and thoughtful.
They are always eager and ready to learn new things.
They learn very quickly and are responsible learners. Because most of my students come from a low social economic status they do not have access to resources and opportunities most children have.
I would love to see my students to have access to more technology, books and kinestethetic materials to enhance their creativity.
Having these organizing tubs will help our classroom library and Math games better organized. By labeling and color coding my spaces will help my students to get use to put things back where they belong. Also, I will use these tubs to place the materials for my different leveled groups.
My students will benefit from the habit of order and structure.
I have been working to provide them with spaces to keep our classroom books and teacher made games but we need a better system. These organizing tubs will help my students get in the habit of taking care and keeping our classroom materials in their place. I can teach them to be organized but If I cannot provide them with the space and the materials their opportunities to practice will be limited.
