This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I teach Math and Computer Science. In Math, we often use online Desmos Activities to enhance our instruction and learning. In Computer Science, we use Code.org's curriculum to learn computing concepts. An iPad can help students access the dynamic online learning platforms that are created by and for Math and Computer Science . It has so many tools that can be used to enhance learning for students.

The iPad will allow students to interact with the content through an explorative approach while receiving real time feedback on their learning.

It allows me to create interactive activities that I can see students do in real-time and provide instant feedback during the lesson. In addition, it will help me, as the teacher, to have access to thousands of teacher created lessons that will help improve student learning.
