Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Each year more and more of my students come to my class wanting to explore all that they can and an Apple TV will give me the opportunity to make lessons more appealing, more real and more easily accessible to all the students, staff and members of our community to get involved.

An Apple TV will provide device mirroring onto a large display board so students can see interactive lessons, assignment expectations and examples, models of active collaboration, messaging from others, student, teacher and professional exemplars for work in all subject areas as well as a constant visual to enhance their senses.

As the writing teacher for the entire 6th grade, students will explore all types of tools to support the writing process while first being able to see the tool in action and then going off to try with a partner, small group or in some cases, on their own!
