My students range from kindergarteners through 5th graders. I see every kid in our elementary school twice a week. These kids come from amazing, involved, and supportive families. It is such an honor and a privilege to be able to teach every kid in the school and have the opportunity to positively impact them all during their elementary school years.
The students come to PE class, eager to move their bodies, develop skills and confidence, grow in their sportsmanship, collaborate and problem solve with their peers, and have fun while doing it.
My Project
If this project gets funded, I will have more of the supplies and equipment needed to be able to teach what I have planned for my students. The supplies from this project will help my students receive a more enriching P.E. experience.
The hula hoops are not just for hula hooping!
There are many cooperative team building games that use hula hoops.
The hand counters will help the students be independent and monitor their laps when running a mile.
The foam frisbees will be great for learning to throw a frisbee without worrying about getting hit with a hard piece of plastic.
