My Project
This project is about updating the most important space in a preschool classroom: The floor space!
The classroom environment is one of the most neglected, but most important aspects of an early learning environment.
The carpets on the floor in a preschool classroom: 1) make the space for play and learning legible to children; and 2) provide a comfortable spot to sit and explore materials where four year olds want to be: on the floor. And, my classroom is in need of some clean and comfortable rugs for two i spaces: our fabulous music center and our VERY important stimulus shelter - our ZEN DEN.
