My Project

This year my students are so amazing. They are so eager to learn and enjoy everyday in class. They are so vibrant in spirit and expression. I have a variety of students from authors, artists, musicians, athletes, and leaders. These students have created an environment to excel in all that they do. With this in mind, we are creating a library that students will create to share with new students that enter into the classroom.

Our writing goal this year is for students to gain confidence as a writer, building all the writing traits needed to be confident authors.

Our activity will help to Improve their emotional and mental well-being by exploring their emotions and developing self-expression and communication skills.

Enhance their imagination and creativity by making things from nothing and connecting ideas.

Learn from published authors and understand what makes a story work and how to get people to engage with it.

Gain flexibility and transferable skills that can be applied to various fields and situations.

The items we have order will help students be able to write their stories or poetry, illustrate their books with photos and art work, bind their books, and share them to their class library for others to enjoy. They will also have the opportunity to read their writing pieces to others which will help students better communicate to an audience.
