This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

This project is focused on providing amazing incentives for Positive Behaviors of our Mound Fort Bears. I am building a culture following our school and classroom motto SUPER (Safe, Unity, Professional, Engaged, and Responsible).

As students engage in showing the SUPER expectations they are able to earn rewards that will allow them to be continually motivated to improve their behavior, socio-emotional skills, and improve academics and the overall classroom experience.

Finally, the central goal of this project is that by having a variety of high-value rewards (Takis Fuego Rolled Spicy Tortilla Chips, Hot Chili Pepper Lime Flavored Hot Chips, and Power Your Fun Arggh Mini Stress Balls) that are truly motivating to all of our Mound Fort students. The hope is that we can also be effective in reshaping behaviors that will allow all students to be successful in the classroom through improved attendance, grades, and citizenship and will improve our local community and school our culture to be motivating and positive.
