This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
This project is focused on providing amazing incentives for Positive Behaviors. I am building a culture following our school and classroom motto SUPER (Safe, Unity, Professional, Engaged, and Responsible).
As students engage in showing the SUPER expectations they are able to earn rewards that will allow them to be continually motivated to improve.
It is also the goal of this project that by having high value rewards that are truly motivating to all students that we can also be effective in reshaping behaviors that will allow all students to be successful in my classroom by improved attendance, grades, and citizenship.
