My Project

I will decorate the classroom in a way that makes students feel safe and welcome. This will help create an environment where students can effectively learn best. If students are able to feel respected and comfortable they will be able to learn more effectively. The classroom I inherited was quite bare and I want to add some color and warmth. I also need to get some technology supplies, such as an HDMI splitter, that will allow me to better utilize the space and use both the TV and projector at the same time to maximize tech in the class. These materials will help make this an inclusive classroom that will provide supplies to students that they need for their learning. There will be alternative seating, including beanbag chairs, for students working in different conditions.

These school supplies and materials will be used to facilitate a welcoming safe space that has all the materials students need to succeed.

School supplies will be given to students who need them and materials will ensure technology will be used to enhance the student experience.
