Amazing Books for Amazing 4th Grade Readers!

Help me give my students engaging graphic novels with diverse protagonists, like Taxi Ghost, Lightfall (a modern classic) and Super Boba.

My Project

We love books in our classroom! We read for a half hour every day. Without our independent reading time, my students feel unfulfilled. Books transport us to new worlds and give us new dreams to chase. "A book is a dream you hold in your hand," Neil Gaiman.

"Once upon a time lasts forever," Philip Pullman.

My students need a vibrant, modern, and engaging classroom library. It takes new books to stay excited about reading, and these graphic novels are going to do the trick! There are so many books for my amazing group of 4th grade readers, including "Shiny Misfits," "Unhappy Camper," and "Alterations" (all three are examples of books with diverse protagonists, written by Own Voices authors). There are a lot of books in this project; with over 20 books, there has to be something for everyone.

We are on our way to becoming great readers and your support is crucial to that goal. Thank you for considering our project!
