My Project

My students love to learn about the writing process and create their own stories. By allowing them the freedom to make their own books, I can build their interests in reading and writing throughout the school year.

Help me foster a love for reading and writing by providing the materials to create our own class books.

Class books can have many benefits such as:

* building confidence in reading and writing

* making self-to-text connections

* creates meaning and understanding of the reading and writing process

* allows students to express themselves freely
