My students have a wide variety of learning styles and ability levels, ranging from pre-kindergarten to third grade. Some of my students have special needs. I teach a classroom full of energetic first graders in a rural community.

These animal books are on a first grade reading level and include many age-appropriate text features such as maps, diagrams, photographs, captions and a glossary. It is my goal to engage and support all learners and their wide variety of learning styles.
