Here at Whitman, we've been lucky enough to launch a zine club with the support of a resident artist. It has been thrilling to witness the creativity and enthusiasm of our young artists who have come together to craft vibrant and personal stories.
Our comics club is more than just a gathering of students; it's a space where literacy meets creativity, where imaginations soar, and where lifelong skills are honed.
Through the creation of zines, our students not only express themselves artistically but also develop their storytelling abilities, critical thinking, and collaborative skills.
However, to ensure the success and sustainability of our comics club, we are in need of art supplies.
