My Students
We are a public choice school in Concord, CA. Parents and the community have committed to supporting their child's education by volunteering their time in and outside of the school and making education a priority. There is no question that our students are privileged to have such amazing support and perhaps one of the reasons we are one of the top 20% high performing public schools in California. However, we rely on time and energy, not money. Our wait lists are getting longer, and our school is becoming more and more wonderfully diverse.
Our students speak more than 27 languages within the school and in just my class we have children who speak English, Spanish, Japanese, Russian, Romanian and Vietnamese and what's a better way to learn and explore these cultures than though reading a good book!
My Project
The love of reading begins early on and to help foster the love of reading in my classroom and help my students always have a books they love by their side I would like to have seat sacks to help store their favorite books.
Seat sack book organizers will help my students to always have a books at their fingertips!
Providing quick, easy and organized access to books will help my students love for reading grow and grow! Everyday during reading time my class will be able to access their personal book selection and relax and read with a story they love !
