My Project

Middle school students are growing and developing and middle school girls are already a little embarrassed about starting their menstruation cycle. Many of our female students are very self-conscious about their bodies. When their time of the month arrives and they are not prepared, it can be extremely embarrassing for them. While in school they often worry about having an accident. To ease some of that worry, I always buy supplies for them, however, we are running very low. We need more sanitary napkins to keep in our class. We also need the pencil pouches to have supplies separated into so that they can be discreet as they get what they need. These supplies can help make them feel more comfortable in safe during that time and can help boost attendance. I have a great group of female students and I will continue to work hard at continuing to help them have grow into young ladies with high self esteem.
