This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I am requesting some wobble chairs to add to my SETSS classroom. I service a wide range of students who would benefit from not sitting in a traditional seat. I think these seats will support the need for movement while still encouraging productivity. Also included are a variety of writing tools. My students thrive on materials which motivate them to write and learn such as scented markers and glitter pens. They are motivating tools as well as useful for dictation skills. Motivation is the key to success as are little candy breaks. These tools will help support individual learning.
