This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My dual language kindergarten students are energetic and eager to learn. They have different academic and language needs. I need to differentiate instruction to meet their diverse needs.
Having a working printer has allowed me to print resources as they are needed to support their learning.
I would like to continue providing individualized worksheets to have students practice skills such as writing their name, specific letters, or phonics skills. In order to do this, we need to replenish the printer ink. Having ink to print will allow me to continue supporting small group instruction while students practice skills independently.
I will also continue printing resources so that parents and caregivers can support students with high frequency word practice, number puzzles, math facts, and other skills.
