This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
It is almost the end of the school year and I just found out on Monday that I am going to be teaching Second Grade in August.
Furthermore, I will be looping up with my current kids and we are ALL excited that we will be together next year!
I am pleased with this news; however, what I am NOT happy about is moving my entire classroom from the basement to the third floor of the building! Everyone knows that my entire classroom is DonorsChoose-outfitted so it is going to be wholly involved!
In preparation for the upcoming school year, I need a few things to get my classroom clean, disinfected, and on point. I cannot begin to decorate or write any lesson plan until my room is nearly spotless and dustless--I am a germaphobe.
I am asking for cleaning brushes, insect repellents, and tissues; and, since I already know my students, I can dive right into the curricula and begin stations right away.
So, I need station tag holders, snap closures, and reels.
