Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
My students come from a community in south Los Angeles. These second graders are a true source of inspiration. They come to school every day with so much so much enthusiasm despite their community environment. It is so beautiful to see their smiles in the morning and their eagerness to learn.
My students come to school every day with so much enthusiasm and positivism, it is truly inspiring.
It is truly important for me to try to give them the tools necessary to keep their love for learning alive. I have a students that every day she walks into the classroom and with a huge smile asks me, "What are we learning today?" I love that my students use each day to learn something new!
My Project
The pandemic has impacted every aspect of our lives, and the way students learn is no exception. Students need to be able learn in a way the is fun and meaningful for them. Young students have the need to move around constantly and by providing flexible seating this could be possible. By donating to this project you will be able to help high energy students be able to better concentrate. My students te wonderful learners and I hope to be able to offer them the education the need and deserve.
