My Students
The majority of my students come from low, socio-economic backgrounds and 85% qualify for free/reduced price school lunch.
My diverse Kindergartners represent a plethora of cultures and linguistic backgrounds and all of them have something special to share with us!
My students are: Latino, Arabic, Vietnamese, Filipino, Nepali, African American, Italian, Filipino/Caucasian/Cambodian, and American Indian/Caucasian.
They are all energetic and eager learners in our Kindergarten classroom. We are learning to be safe, responsible, and respectful in our classroom and school!
My Project
My students need foundational skills games and learning activities, including Sight-Word Bingo, Sight Word Fishing and Poles, and Addition and Subtraction Bingo to practice their letter identification, letter sounds, sight words, writing, addition and subtraction skills! Kindergarten is where we learn all our foundational skills for all the future grades ahead!
These motivating literacy and math games and activities will give them extra practice and help them master these skills.
They will gain more learning and master their letter identification and letter sounds skills, learn their sight words to aid them in beginning to read beginner books, becoming stronger and more fluent writers, and learn the basic concepts of addition and subtraction.
