Help me give my students some comfortable and durable headphones to use daily with our chrome books and differentiated seating to help them focus during small groups.

My Project

The world of education is rapidly and constantly changing, but one constant is the use of technology. My students are modern technology gurus and we use our class set of chrome books daily during language arts, math, and math facts practice. And, for many assessments throughout, and especially at the end of the year.

It's important that my students are able to have quality headphones to aid them in doing their best with their learning, practice, and testing when it is done with a screen.

These headphones would make a difference to my students by helping them to hear what they need and providing them comfort so they aren't distracted by the garbled sound emanating from the headphones or the annoyance of having your ears and head feeling uncomfortable from ill-fitting headphones. Having individual, sturdy bags to store the headphones in also increases learning and work time for my students and I when we won't have to untangle the daily rats' nest that the headphone cords always seem to get themselves into.

The stools would be used at my back table for students being working in small groups. Differentiated seating can help students focus better and changes up the monotony of sitting throughout the day.

My students are eager learners and have blown me away many times with their reasoning, understanding, and rigor to learn. I want to be an advocate for them and do all I can to better their ability to learn and succeed.
