My Project

Manga and graphic novels are some of the most popular items in the library. These books are constantly checked out and have frequent holds on them. I love being a librarian who is able to provide students with books they enjoy. Manga are great for all readers, especially those who may feel they are not strong readers or enjoy reading.

I am asked DAILY when new manga will arrive!

I am so excited to have a few successfully funded DonorsChoose that have manga and graphic novels. These are items I can guarantee will be read and checked out from the library. Even books that are just a few weeks old have been read multiple times, sometimes by the same students who put the book on hold again!
