My Students
My English Language Learners are curious scholars with high academic goals. As a teacher, it is my responsibility to cultivate the potential of every student and provide each one with the tools they need to succeed as global citizens; 86% of the students in my school received free lunch and 19% were in temporary housing.
My ENL students have been resilient and they motivate me to do my best in assisting them become the leaders of tomorrow.
I am excited to make a difference in their lives!
Thank you for making a positive difference in my students' lives!
My Project
During our reading instruction at school, I work with several small groups for differentiated instruction. My English Language Learners will benefit from learning phonics through hands on activities.
The best way to learn is through hands on activities where students engage not only their minds, but also their bodies.
I am asking for phonics activities such as hands on word building blocks, fill in the blank phonics stamps, and a touch and read phonics word match.
English Language Learners learn best through visuals and hands on activities.
Nearly all students from low‑income households
