it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My ESL students will be working on informational and fictional texts about traveling. One of the texts is about the Titanic and it's unfortunate journey across the Atlantic Ocean.
Their goal is to work in groups to create a diorama that showcases important scenes and timelines of what happened to the Titanic.
This hands-on project will help build their language vocabulary, as well as engaging in a cross curricular activity. Students will use materials such as clay, tissue paper, and paint to create their dioramas. Help support this fun and engaging project based learning experience!
