This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
As a New York City teacher, I am requesting school supplies to enhance my students' learning experience. My goals for this project are to provide my students with the tools they need to succeed academically and creatively. Each item I am requesting serves a specific purpose in achieving these goals. These supplies are crucial for my students because they come from diverse backgrounds and have unique learning needs. Many of them rely on school-provided materials, and having their own supplies will empower them to take ownership of their learning. By equipping my students with these resources, I aim to foster a positive learning environment where they feel supported and motivated to achieve their full potential.
