This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Our class is full of vibrant, eager three-year-olds, who love learning, playing, and interacting with their friends while experiencing school for the first time! Every day they are exposed to new ideas and materials. These students are some of our youngest learners. They are enthusiastic, vibrant, and motivated to learn. My students are exceptional. They show that children can do anything they put their minds to. My students have developed strong self-esteem, problem-solving skills, social skills, emotional skills, and independence. They love exploration through learning centers and the rich books aligned with our themes. My students would enjoy having materials that develop their social and emotional learning and skills.

Books in learning centers stimulate children's imagination and thinking skills, encourages developing language, and provides opportunities for creative expression through storytelling or puppetry.

An Echo and Alexa will be a great assistant in the classroom that students can enjoy with the books.

Alexa can play and pause music and ambient sounds in the classroom. It can play instrumental music during center time, fun songs for a dance party or games for indoor recess. The Echo is also a great tool for music and movement and a handy timer for activities throughout the day.
