With this project, I am requesting costume items which will bring our musical theater production of 'Aladdin' to life.
We need 3 skeleton outfits, a bird costume, shackles and a lantern to guide Aladdin into the Cave of Wonders.
We are putting this musical on with a shoestring budget in a historically underfunded urban public school. It is a big undertaking. These three skeleton costumes and the red bird costume for Iago will look great on stage, and help the kids get into character. These students may have have not been cast in a leading role, however they are working just as hard and deserve to feel special when it is time to take the stage. The fake shackles and lantern will delight our audience and help to convey the story. This production means a lot to our school, community, and most importantly, our students.
