Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Declaration Day is a tradition at LCCS, where we celebrate and honor our seniors as they take the next steps in their educational journey. This day is a special opportunity to recognize their hard work, dedication, and accomplishments. Many of our students are first-generation college students and/or come from low-income backgrounds, making this milestone even more meaningful. By raffling AirPods, we aim to reward their perseverance and inspire them as they continue on their postsecondary paths.
This will reinforce their commitment to their future and provide a reminder of how far they've come.
We want to ensure they feel supported and proud of all they’ve achieved. Donations will help students succeed in their postsecondary paths.
