This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I would love to join United Airlines and teach my students about realistic air travel with airplanes and fantastical air travel with the Up Balloon House. The books inspire critical thinking about air travel and will serve as a launchpad for engineering as students create airplane designs.

With this project, I will create STEM learning experiences to engage students in learning about flight.

The books will serve as science inspiration. The building kits will encourage creative expression and will provide hands-on learning experiences for a difficult science topic.
