Air Purifier for In-Person Classroom Learning!

Help me give my students clean air in our classroom. In order to have in classroom instruction this air purifier will keep us safe while we are learning in our nurturing classroom in person.

My Students

My 2nd grade students are highly motivated and love learning. Each child is unique and has special talents. We have students at various levels of ability. If you visited our classroom you would see students on-task, working at their on pace, cooperating with each other, independent workers, various learning styles, engaged members who are articulate and enjoy sharing ideas!

My students value their end products and put careful thought into every project or assignment on a daily basis.

They are model citizens and love helping anyone in need of extra assistance. They work effectively with each other. We are moving towards critically thinking about topics and understanding multiple perspectives.

My Project

In September we will be going back to our school after learning remotely for months. We are all concerned about the Covid-19 Virus and staying safe while we try our best to get back to normal. An air purifier in a crowded classroom of sneezing students can reduce the spread of colds and viruses by filtering out bacteria and viruses. It can also remove allergies and asthma triggers. We will be staying in our classroom all day, even for lunch and will not be going outdoors for recess. Classrooms are full of particulates that irritates the tender airways of the children. We are hoping that this will remedy the air quality problems we might be encountering while learning.
