Students regularly use the dry erase markers, mini whiteboard erasers, and fidget/sensory toys during lessons to respond to questions, practice skills, and share their thinking in a fun and interactive way. One standout moment was during a reading lesson when students used the materials to write character traits and favorite parts of their books, then proudly shared their answers with classmates. The fidget toys have also been especially helpful in supporting students who need tactile tools to stay focused and engaged throughout the day.\r\n\r\nWhen the materials first arrived, students were thrilled and immediately excited to explore them, asking when they could start using the tools. Their enthusiasm quickly translated into increased participation and focus, and it was clear that having these resources made them feel motivated and valued as learners. Moving forward, students will continue using the markers, mini erasers, and fidget tools to practice comprehension skills, respond to short writing prompts, and demonstrate understanding during lessons. The treasure chest and sensory items will continue to inspire students to engage fully and work toward their reading and learning goals.","fullyFundedDate":1760646307231,"projectUrl":"project/first-year-extras/9590033/","projectTitle":"First Year Extras!","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Eisenberg","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://cdn.donorschoose.net/images/placeholder-avatars/272/teacher-placeholder-6_272.png?auto=webp","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/first-year-extras"},{"teacherId":8126763,"projectId":9731032,"letterContent":"Thank you so much for your generosity!
