Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Our school burned down on August 8, 2023. I am trying to rebuild our school's STEM resources. This project will bring hands-on STEM supplies to our students in Lahaina. I appreciate your help and support during these hard times.
I will be using the Magnetic Tiles for our students in K-2.
These tiles would provide a creative avenue for students to build structures using familiar shapes they are learning in the early grades in elementary.
The Solar Cars Student Mini Kit and Electric Wind Car will be hands-on project for teaching kids about alternative power sources in transportation.
