My Students
Our students live in a very small, isolated community in rural Southern Oregon. We have many military families in our community, as well as migrant families here to work on the farms. Our community has a high poverty level, and many of our students do not have resources to try new and engaging activities. Our students enjoy learning and sharing their learning with their families.
We love to have new opportunities and learn new games and activities.
My Project
As we are preparing to come back to school from this COVID-19 Pandemic, I am trying to teach my middle school kids games and activities that they can play at home with their friends and family members. These unique yard games that I will teach through the After School Sports Club, will provide students the opportunity to check these games out from me and take them home and teach their families.
We love to have new opportunities and learn new games and activities, especially games that promote families working together.
