Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Our community is based on a low-income family. Our students are finding healthier and cost-efficient ways to grow their food and help other families in the community. I am requesting the following items for our senior advertising project.

For my science class students are growing fruits, vegetables, and flowers for the school and the community.

They will do research on their fruits, vegetables, and flowers. The students will have to advertise using poster boards and passing brochures and flyers about information to the public of the benefits of their fruits, vegetables, and flowers. They are going to work on bringing awareness to the community about the importance of having a garden and growing your produces. Students will create flyers, brochures, and poster board presentations to advertise in school and our community.

The supplies (printer, paper, and pencils) requested would help our students in reaching the community with great quality on their flyers and brochures. Our students have worked hard in doing research and growing their plants. Our students’ goals is to reach as many people in our community and educate them of growing their own produce.
