Roald Dahl's heartwarming story, The BFG (Big Friendly Giant), is an extraordinary tale of a young girl that befriends a kind-hearted giant. This book is a childhood favorite of mine that has a great message for kids. It is a whimsical and imaginative tale filled with humor, friendship, and the power of dreams.
I would love the opportunity to share the joy of reading this book with my class, by providing them with their own copy of The Big Friendly Giant.
We are currently reading a story called The Wild Robot Escapes. Students love the time we spend as a class reading aloud each chapter. I would like to continue sharing the joys of reading with my class.
