My Project
These items will motivate my students to learn more about the world around them and write about what they have learned. We use the Science Spin and Let's Find Out as supplemental reading material and students can access the issues, videos and writing resources from home.
Writing about what they are reading will allow students to internalize concepts as well as practice sentence structure and handwriting skills.
Students will use the magnetic handwriting paper to model for their classmates. The sentence stem cubes make learning fun while allowing them a starting point to begin sharing ideas. Students will earn coins towards a class reward as they stay on task and complete quality work.
