My Students
The students at our school are from low-income households, and many have single parents. They need the resources to help them achieve top grades. My students recognize the value of hard work and strive for higher grades. As such, they attend after-school tutoring to improve and enhance their academic work.
My students are motivated and enthusiastic learners, and work collaboratively to achieve their goals.
They are respectful to adults and peers, and achieve high academic success at state exams, giving the school high marks for overall performance.
My Project
My students are enthusiastic to research information, prepare presentations, and present them as class projects in AP Environmental Science and Earth Science using the Apple computer requested. They are dedicated and are willing to remain after school on weekdays or on Saturdays to prepare presentations for assigned topics. Moreover, students on field trips will be able to use the Macbook to record data in real time.
The use of the Apple Notebook will generate excitement and great interest in their projects, and would serve to motivate students and provide them with the opportunity to deliver a product of high quality.
