My Project
Similar to having the best and most up-to-date technology and school supplies, having the best and most up-to-date fitness equipment is pivotal for student success in Physical Education Class.
My goal has been to give students the means, ideas, examples, and choices of how they want to stay active; while covering vital fitness aspects and standards for each class.
In order to achieve this, it is pivotal to have up-to-date equipment- equipment that students (including my Life Skills students) at my school would otherwise not be able to experience and use for their fitness.
These adjustable weights will allow students to experience the best fitness equipment while reaching their fitness goals in my class. Every piece of equipment that I bring to my students will revolve around functional fitness and directly translate to everything the students do outside of school (sports, their job, home life, etc.)
This will help me reach each student in a way that suits them best for their lifelong fitness journeys.
